CBRE has completed the sale of a single-tenant, newly constructed Starbucks store located in the Village Grove Shopping Center at 1939 N. Gilbert Rd in Mesa, Ariz.
The Starbucks is located at the corner of Summit Boulevard and Dillon Dam Road with visibility from Interstate 70 and traffic counts of 21,000 vehicles per day. Seven ski resorts are within a 30-minute drive. Starbucks relocated to the 980 North Ten Mile Drive sitefollowing 20 years of operation in a nearby shopping center, which has since closed.
Phoenix, Ariz. - Jan. 8, 2014 - CBRE has completed the sale of a single-tenant, Starbuckslocated at 1741 E. Warner Road in Tempe, Ariz. The 2,720-square-foot retail property is situated on approximately 32,452 square feet of land and commanded a sale price of $2.5 million.
Additionally, Starbucks Corporation has signed a 1,800-square-foot build-to-suit lease with the developer. The single-tenant retail building, at the northeast corner of 81st Street and South Olympia Avenue, is currently under construction and is expected to open at the end of the year.
CBRE has completed the sale of a single-tenant, 1,965-square-foot Starbucks located at 1688 East Route 66 in Flagstaff, Arizona. The property commanded a sale price of $2.73 million or $1,295 per square foot.
The eighth Starbucks in Fort Collins, the 1850 North College Avenue location is the city's first "reserve" store, meaning it is the only store that carries small-lot coffees from around the world. It is also the only Starbucks in Fort Collins that offers the Clover one-cup brewing system.
